• Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders, partners and third parties solutions providers from all over the globe (City, SAP, Concur etc.) • Perform accounting and reconciliation related to corporate cards administration and cash advance reports (Reconciliations Citi & Concur, Reconciliations Concur &SAP)• Prepare and analyze monthly and quarterly financial reporting for Nestle Group (Affidavit, Lodge statement, Personal Expenses, Manager delegates, Duplicate claims, etc.)• Perform daily activities such as administration and control related to terminated employees and cash advance administration.• Conduct audits of travel and expense reports using AppZen to ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements• Benchmark and prepare КРІs (Key Performance Indicators) • Update SOP upon to changes in process

• Analyze and process customer data requests to ensure accuracy and compliance• Ensure the accurate and timely release of customer orders, maintaining a high level of service quality• Provide 2nd level support communication with customers, ensuring their issues and queries are resolved effectively• Reporting: Conducted reporting related to verifying the accuracy of work by coffee specialists in boutiques, warehouse operations, order creation, duplicate management, and other administrative tasks.• Participate in weekly operations reviews with markets• Participate in Lean tools projects to modernize and optimize processes, leading a project to automate processes and reduce manual handling• Participate in the transition of activities to two other NBS centers (NBS Manila and NBS LATAM), providing support throughout the process
