Starting my career at 15 as a waitress in Ukraine I had reached to the management level in Dubai, UAE, during 5 years of performance in F&B. I was the youngest in the crew and even though it was a great challenge, I was capable of cultivating the inspiring work environment for a multinational team, taking care of day-to-day FOH and BOH restaurant operations.Apart from the regular responsibilities (POS, cash handling, control of supplies and so on), I've been engaged in marketing activities (social media, advertising), food photoshoots and styling; closely dealing with area managers and attending regular meetings with Meraas supervisors (leasers), who were of a great support anytime.I believe we created a memorable experience and delivered a high-level of service for our guests.
