Developing two (international research studies): o 14+ months case study at innovation agency Waag Society, Amsterdam (the Netherlands)o 17+ months case study (ethnography) at service design firm Fjord, Madrid (Spain)• Identifying and exploring research problem through; observations, interviews, ethnography, and database creation.• Writing and publishing academic articles• Winning distinguished research awards and funding from academic and public institutions like the Prins Bernhard Cultuurfonds, NL, and the Academy of Management, USA. • Expert speaker on 12+ academic and industry conferences, seminars and workshops• Founder of KINTalks where we invite people from practice to share their business experience with innovation for an audience of academics and practitioners, with the goal of connecting between both worlds.
