Provided complete Quality Engineering oversight for the Patriot Advanced Capability Three (PAC-3) program; supported all quality functions that yield a flight worthy finished assembly of 17 Circuit Card Assemblies(CCA’s) that comprise one ship-set for the Seeker Missile. Responsibilities included identifying, defining, analyzing and controlling variations, starting from the receiving inspection of highly sensitive electronics, to engaging in daily operator delegation mitigating causes of detected and potential non-conformance's. Supported projects within the warehouse and manufacturing environment. Ensured that non-conformance processes were documented, maintained and communicated using proper methods. Accomplished First Article Inspections (FAI’s); while, inspecting and monitoring products to verify the conformance to requirements. Provided and maintained solutions to non-conformance's using Corrective Action (CA)/Preventive Action (PA) systems.
