At Akira, I oversaw daily operations, sales targets, and team development, helping drive consistent performance. As a Campus Manager for Fresh Prints, I spearheaded brand promotion on campus, organizing events and managing a team to increase brand visibility. My time at Sherwin-Williams allowed me to strengthen my sales skills and understand how to develop management strategies that directly impact store performance.
