- workforce planning for delivery offices;- maintaining constant knowledge of current and upcoming projects and business development activities as they relate to resourcing;- managing resource forecast;- identifying and implementing resourcing process improvements;- facilitating resource scheduling within the company (collaborating with DMs, AMs, HRs so as to understand priorities, resolve staffing conflicts, and align skills to project needs and individual career goals);- supporting efficient and appropriate staffing decisions (acting as point of contact for resource booking confirmation and allocation management);- identifying and addressing resourcing challenges, identifying possible solutions and working with teams to implement solutions (managing and resolving resource booking conflicts);- performing continuous review of resource allocation to projects, highlighting changes and/or discrepancies requiring action;- establishing a comprehensive understanding of each employee’s skills, strengths and weaknesses;- ensuring that the resource planning tool is update and is used for resource planning analysis and other related activities;- providing detailed information on available resources on request;- coordinating staffing process on internal vacancies;- preparing reports on resources available and forecast resource needs;- working closely with Centers of Excellence, increasingly in a consultancy role, with a purpose of identifying the best candidate from available resources for an open vacancy:- managing assignments and ensuring that current employee assignments are actual and up to date.
