Lead Management And Customer Service Specialist
Current• Evaluate potential leads based on predetermined criteria to ensure they align with company objective and have a high likelihood of conversion• Conduct over 100 daily calls, both inbound and outbound, to generate and qualify sales leads, ensuring timely and accurate transfer of leads to brokers while optimizing workflow and facilitating effective client-broker interactions• Maintain and update the CRM system to ensure accurate tracking of leads, interactions, and sales activity• Analyze and present lead data to the Marketing Director; identify trends, assess lead quality, and optimize lead generation strategies for optimal performance
