The Judging Committee have 9 members, with notable knowledge of the subject under examination in the competition.

The forum had 3 virtual meetings with 43 communities and 16 social movements articulated with the Network, and collectively created an open letter to candidates in the 2019 municipal elections and a report with the challenges and perspectives of populations in conditions of social vulnerability, presented on Live organized by IABRS at the UN-Habitat Urban Circuits Event.

For the 21st edition we have co-promotion from the Council of Architecture and Urbanism (CAU) and several partner entities.
