• Perform Installation, Configuration and Backup & Recovery.• Work on and resolve daily tickets and incidents as raised by customers within SLA Agreement. • Work on daily DBA responsibilities such as monitoring all OLTP Production and non-production database servers for health checks, index maintenance, SQL Server agent job status, data load status, Database Backup checks etc. • Actively work on performance tuning of T-SQL codes with development team for optimization of all systems. • Individually work on and assist development team with ETL Processes that include other heterogenous data such as MS Access, MS EXCEL, CSV files etc. into SQL Server by using SSIS and Import/Export Wizard. • Administering user roles.• Work on code review prior to implementation to higher environment and once approved work on implementation process. • Proactively work on capacity planning for ongoing and future projects. • Configure Backup (Full, Differential and log) to attain RPO objectives. • Configure HA/DR solution in accordance with project/system RTO/RPO policy for production and non- production servers • Upgrade SQL Servers (2008 R2 to 2014, and 2008 R2/2014 to 2016) Manage SQL Servers by creating user logins and appropriate roles by granting least privileges needed • Actively monitor and work on bettering auditing systems and security of SQL Server in accordance with the security standards of the company. • Restore Databases from higher environment to lower environment with SQL native tools and Rubrik Software with no outage to users.

• Utilize troubleshooting techniques in support Work Stations, Networked Printers, Network hub/switches, routers and circuits• Responsible for providing desktop and network support for the staff and customer base.• Manage Standard Operating Procedures and utilize several tracking tools to accurately record work effort/help tickets.• Resolve technical issues with Outlook, Mail, Distribution group.

• Provides both phone and email support for customers regarding event planning and hosting.• Install, configure, and Maintain various database layouts for the institution. • Assist with organization of duties, responsibilities and keep track of inventory for daily routines. • Coordinate details of events such as, birthdays, weddings, surprise parties, graduation.
