At that moment it was being developed an infrastructure as a code project for the migration of laboratory modules from Puppet to Ansible. In this project it was used a project management hybrid method, applying PMBoK processes, especially in the initiation and closure phases, as well as Agile practices during its execution, such as Scrum, Kanban, and XP.
