I am humbled to work alongside a wonderful team and see the strategic vision of Compassion realised.Trained as a Management Consultant, I enjoy working with organisations to help them improve their operational and financial health.At Mirus Australia I led a team that help both for and not-for profit organisations improve operational and financial health through systems, process and technology, so that they can continue to deliver high quality services that align to their vision and mission.As a manager at Pricewaterhouse Coopers I led Revenue Integrity, Process re-design and Customer Insight projects in Australia and South-East Asia. My experience spans Aged Care, transport, energy and telecommunication and I believe the same principals of operational and financial improvement can be applied to any industry.Each project I have led enabled me to demonstrate my project management and change management skills as these were fundamental in achieving sustainable outcomes for the client.I thrive in agile environments with energetic and innovative thinkers.
