As a management consultant at Pricewaterhouse Coopers Natanya led a variety of Revenue Integrity, Process re-design and Customer Insight projects in Australia and South-East Asia. My experience spans Aged Care, transport, energy and telecommunication. And I believe same principals of operational and financial improvement can be applied to any industry.Process re-design projects include: - Centralising finance functions across multiple South East Asian countries for international Energy company. - Helping New Zealand and Australian Telecommunication and Energy companies separate their vertically integrated wholesale network functions from its retail service operations. This included process re-design and developing a model to separate retail and wholesale shared services costs.
