Scope of the work● Ensure Safety and Consistent Production, Quality & Cost of Plastic & PTED line● Robotic paint shop handling - 10 ABB Robots● Manpower handling in No’s 100+● Capacity handling in No.of scooter/Day - 2666(1M/Annum)● Plan and execute PQCDSM KPI improvementsRoles and Responsibility:● Monthly/Weekly/Daily Paint shop Production planning According to the PPC Production color plan ● Resource planning based on the monthly volumes… Show more Scope of the work● Ensure Safety and Consistent Production, Quality & Cost of Plastic & PTED line● Robotic paint shop handling - 10 ABB Robots● Manpower handling in No’s 100+● Capacity handling in No.of scooter/Day - 2666(1M/Annum)● Plan and execute PQCDSM KPI improvementsRoles and Responsibility:● Monthly/Weekly/Daily Paint shop Production planning According to the PPC Production color plan ● Resource planning based on the monthly volumes -Man/Machine/Material/Method● Review the PTED/Plastic line Process and Product Quality parameters ● Review the SPR & initiate the action and result to be tracked● Attending the customer complaint meeting initiates the action along with MQA/SQA.● Coordinate and close points for the Safety audit, QMS, OVES, ISO 9001, ISO 18001 & 45001.● Project & Budget planning and Execution to improve PQCDSM● Plan for Gemba audit to sustain and improve the current 5S to the next level● Preventive Maintenance points are to be verified along with the PMD to avoid major Breakdowns.● OEE/JPH monitoring and improvement actions are to be defined.● New product development and implementation as per road map.● Involved in Capacity enhancement with respect to the Demand.● Manpower skills are assessed and training is provided to improve the special process knowledge and skill level.● Coordinate with Manufacturing Engineering(ME) for New facilities to improve the painting process (Automation, Lean concept)● Painting Consumables monitoring and maintaining the stock (LPG, Chemicals, paint, Thinners, Etc).● Raise the Purchase request for consumables follow up with Finance and Sourcing ● Involve the competitive Supplier to reduce consumable cost● Drive the War room project to reduce the operation cost(OPEX)● Create the budget approval note to get leadership approval.● Encourage the employee through TEI & Monthly performance celebration● Safety hazard identification is to be done through Start-up Meetings, a safety Red Tagging Campaign.
