Primary responsibility - Coordination in releasing documents to all the design requirements for procurement, construction activities and production department. • Understand the Tender specifications and Purchase orders from customers in detail to plan the execution plan. • Prepare the Equipment load data drawings based on the Structure Analysis of the specifications. • Evaluate the Layout requirements and do the drafting, checking & detailing of Boiler Pressure Parts, Non Pressure Parts, Piping & Piping support, Boiler Air Ducting, Boiler Flue gas Ducting, Boiler welded structure column, beam and Staircase drawing. • Plan and execute the project and appropriately intervene with the plan changes in the course of design and construction. • Estimate Manpower requirements for the implementation of the Projects. • Strong exposure to pressure vessels, heat exchangers, columns & internals and storage tanks. • Strong knowledge and exposure to refer on IS std, ASME std and IBR std for the vessels. • Clarify the drawing related queries from checker & draught man to ensure the error less drawing preparation. • Review the OTF document of project for preparation of drawing as per customer specifications and requirements. • Suggest creative ideas on the customer drawing for fan foundation and civil drawing related inputs for boiler inter connection and pipe rack drawing also I have been commenting valve and fan drawing using PDF writer software. • Prepare the advance materials requirement using BAAN software. • Prepare & evaluate the data sheets for bought out items and comparison of offers submitted by vendors for all the component requirements.• Calculate the Gas ducting & Air ducting stiffener through Excel format. • Calculate the Gas ducting & Air ducting inside Baffle arrangement calculation through Excel format TBW manual through system for UNI flow arrangement.
