About Natasa Balta

After many years translating all sorts of documents and hidden behind my PC, one day I switched to translating my hotel clients' intents in hospitality business.I set up a new all villas hotel business from scratch but my true passion is providing highly personalised services to my guests, from the moment they book till we say goodbye.Naturally, the next bandwagon I jumped on is a travel startup with the aim to combine hi tech with hi touch in delivering exceptional concierge services through our favourite messaging app.
