About Natasa Nikolovska-Arsova

I love people, and that translates into what I do day to day: customer service. My banking career started in 2008 when the market crashed, but that didn’t stop me from making referrals and suggesting products to customers. After a year and a half, I was promoted to a Key-holder. Working at the busiest branch allowed me to develop decision-making skills. After six months, I was promoted to Assistant Teller Supervisor. This position allowed me to set an example for my team by providing superb customer service and sales skills. Our branch was able to win many sales-related bank contests and earn many challenges. I was honored to receive a personal thank you from the CEO for my leading contribution and the highest number of closed referrals. My next position was in the Teller Support department, where I provided telephone support to the teller line regarding operational questions. In addition, I was exposed to a variety of fraud situations and video research. My biggest accomplishment in this position was compiling a Teller Supervisor Training Manual that is used every day. My next position was Teller Supervisor at a community bank. This position allowed me to implement many techniques to motivate and coach my team. I was able to develop a team that is self-sufficient in making day-to-day operational decisions and very successful in referring new products to customers. In my current role as Senior Client Services Manager, I have the incredible opportunity to support the SBA team with Deposit and Treasury Management solutions. The best part of my job is engaging in conversations with small business owners and witnessing their dreams transform into reality. Being surrounded by a talented team in the KC and NE offices makes my job dynamic and rewarding every day.
