System mapping and co-design to develop organisation internal transformation. Climate Systems Mapping Pilot Research Project.Project management: Built project trackers, maintained central systems, team management, contract management, domestic and international payments, budget management, communication outputs, coordination and facilitation of events.Research and Writing: Stakeholder engagement, data collection and analysis (qualitative and mixed methods) , written outputs (toolkit, case studies, slide decks, reports), data repository management (Figshare).

6 Month contract role to develop a partnership between UAL Climate Emergency Network and London Citizens UK (developing climate-related policy asks) and produce UAL’s Earth Week Programme (46 events, 60 facilitators, 8 sites).Project management: Core team development called ‘The Hive’, campaign development, workshop series, People’s Assembly (100+ people), visual identity development, copywriting, digital content creation, risk assessments, multi team management (comms, facilities, events, facilitators).Design Research: Designed and facilitated creative listening workshops series, mapping issues/intervention workshops.
