I have refined my skillset in Business Management/Scheduling, Global Strategies, to ensure that our B2B and Commercial Travel Products exceed market expectations. As the Center of Excellence PMO Lead, I have been pivotal in refining our customer focus and facilitating our position as a leader in the Travel and Expenses Payment solutions space. Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Product and Engineering, Legal and Product Implementation, my role involves bringing together workstreams, setting clear objectives, and creating and tracking complex project plans. This approach has been instrumental in delivering cutting-edge solutions and enhancing our customer's Payment journey in the Travel and Hospitality sector.
