After 15 years working in my first profession in the automotive and retail sectors, my career has been following the market that is becoming increasingly digital. At Amazon, I started as a QA (Quality Assurance) on a global project to improve the product registration experience for Sellers on the marketplace platform, and nowadays I work proactively in identifying and improving opportunities in the Catalog. The turning point came in 2017 when I became the focal point for the OBT (Online Booking Tool) project of GOL Airlines, the company's first self-booking platform for employees. I was responsible for ensuring and making available the complete content of the affiliated hotels, aligning the steps with the platform provider, conducting tests with the company's IT team, as well as developing the training materials for national and international employees and launch communications for the platform. Currently, I work as an ML (Machine Learning) Data Annotator, ensuring quality in the completeness and correctness of the Catalog.
