As Senior Clinical Research Manager, I led the Clinical Research function at Stryker South Pacific, covering Australia and New Zealand, across Stryker's product portfolio. Research included sponsor-initiated, investigator-initiated and collaborative projects.

I head up the Clincial Research function at Stryker South Pacific, covering both Australia and New Zealand. In the last 12months I have also taken on the Quality Assurance function which has given me great insight into the entire Operations division of our business.

In my Clinical Research role I managed a team that developed clinical trials and administered research grants throughout Australia and New Zealand that create and promote clinical evidence for Stryker's products, including safety, efficacy and efficiency dataWe work closely with our global research and health economic teams to secure key data in order to ensure market access for our products and also to secure Superior Clinical Performance (SCP) ratings for our well established products.

Experience in Orthopaedic, Trauma and MedSurg post-market clinical trials for medical devices.
