    Tijdens Corona pandemie heb ik voor de afdeling Bron- en Contactonderzoek van de Crisisorganisatie vd GGD Rdam één centraal ‘informatie-uitwisselingsplatform’ bedacht, opgezet en doorgevoerd, waarbij ook AVG, Datadiefstal en Kwaliteit van de beschikbare informatie beter geregeld was.De uitdaging was om de grote groep (honderden) operationele medewerkers die 7 dagen in de week werkten een overzichtelijke gestroomlijnde, up-to-date, eenduidige en veilige uitwisseling van updates aan te bieden. Het ging hier, zeker tijdens de tweede Corona golf om een erg dynamisch werkveld met iedere dag een andere ‘ploeg op wacht’. De ingehuurde medewerkers moesten werken in een wereld waarbij iedere paar dagen de werkinstructie (wat zijn de stappen in het BCO gesprek en de administratie daaromheen), maar ook de werkprocessen (waar zit ik vandaag en wie informeert wie en hoe/waar/wanneer en waarover) veranderden en er ook nog een aardig verloop was in de mensen zelf (en dus kennis).De ‘oplossing’ bestond uit één MS TEAMS-Team met àlle honderden medewerkers erin(1200 in de piektijd) met open en gesloten kanalen per Taak / Proces/ Unit / Functiegroep, aangevuld met Microsoft 365 Apps’ zoals Wiki’s, One-Note, MS Stream, Forms, SharePoint pagina’s’ met Nieuwsposts, Kalenders, Power BI grafieken en Sharepoint Lijsten met automatische PowerAutomate berichtjes in Teams kanalen. Het doel was om te werken met informatie in een context en zo min mogelijk met losse bestanden in mapjes onder het motto: ‘van ‘Documenten naar Informatie’. De Sharepointpagina’s acteerden hierbij als Thuishavens / Wegwijzers voor Informatie. Hierdoor konden oa 3 grote Whatsapp groepen uitgezet worden en het aantal mails en documenten dat men nodig had voor de werkzaamheden drastisch verminderd worden.

    I was functional application manager for all hydro meteo applications for the operational departments (HCC, VTS, Patrol vessel and Ship inspections) Therefore I also became the Productowner for the new tool for the Harbourmaster in the Smart Infra IoT program.The result was the application NAIADE which consists of a standardized dashboard which was configured for each operational proces of these departments Also a more generic dashboard was designed and put on portofrotterdam website for port professionals like captains , pilots, agents, terminals etc to use on mobile/tablet or desktop.
