Manages a block of 200 employers retirement assets ranging from 250K to 30M daily. Assists plan administrators in recordkeeping payroll contributions for retirement investments. Provides excellent customer satisfaction by resolving issues to make a win-win resolution. Develops and maintain strong relationships with employers, brokers and third party consultants.Responsible for effectively communicating vital information and updates to payroll administrators, ensuring their plan maintain compliance with IRS regulations. Maintain daily processing and QA standards in a same day turnaround environment. Utilizing extensive problem solving and researching skills to quickly resolve current and ongoing client issues that comply with audit requirements. Build rapport with clients, third parties and brokers to ensure a logical communication and information flow; resolve workflow issues, and grow the business through incentives, increasing enrollment and client referrals.

Answered inbound calls for plan participants (employees) that invest in 401k with the company.

Assisted in managing store employees during store operating hours. Key holder for locked merchandise and receiving doors. Administered till count tracking and assisted in money transfers to the bank with management.
