With over 4 years of experience in IT across IPT work with software and hardware support, troubleshooting and configuring Cisco phone devices, desktop support, implementation through software configurations and customer trainings, and QA, I have an insight into various software, the needs of users, and the importance of software evaluation. I am a technologist who understands software processes and have a strong curiosity for solving technical pain points and seeking to improve experiences for users.Growing up, I was the IT technician of my family, helping my parents with technology as they weren’t the most savvy. I also always had a love and appreciation for digital art. Tech savviness is a trait that fuels my interest in the field of Technology and my desire to create further propels my ultimate goal to become a Web Developer.My curiosity of the Technology field and interest in Web Design led me to attend the LaunchCode LC101 Web Development program, where I gained further insight on the SDLC, getting exposure to the process of creating and deploying software. My time at BrainStation expounded on what I learned at LaunchCode and I am identifying my facility for front-end and back-end code. As a Junior QA Analyst, I now work to evaluate software for any bugs and errors in the UI and to identify areas of improvement to pitch as product enhancements, rounding out my overall experience with software. I've recently graduated from the BrainStation Software Engineering program and am actively learning to further expand my toolkit to ultimately prepare myself for an opportunity that will allow me to marry my creativity with the technical skills I pick up along the way.
