Reporting directly to the CEO, I managed our core business operations and led a team comprising over 25 full-time employees and 500+ part-time employees. My responsibilities encompassed strategy development, team building, and product testing, all aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and driving growth.During this time, I also spearheaded the reopening of the business following a post pandemic shutdown. This involved a strategic reorganization to improve efficiencies and accelerate operations in new global markets. Additionally, we introduced new product offerings, enabling Sofar to continue supporting artists and delivering unique experiences to our audience.

Responsible for overseeing all Concert Operations, Partnerships, Strategy, and Growth in our UK region, including London—Sofar's most profitable and fastest-growing market.

In London, I managed a team of 5 full-time employees and over 100 part-time employees and contractors. Together, we transformed a series of intimate concerts into a profitable business through community building, achieving high Net Promoter Scores (NPS), forming strategic partnerships, and showcasing an impressive array of talented artists. At our peak, we organized 100 concerts in a single month. As part of a global partnership with Amnesty International, we hosted 30 concerts in one night across London. Notable highlights included performances by Gregory Porter and Rudimental in some of our most exceptional residential home venues.

In this role, I maintained and expanded an impressive network of host venues, including over 100 living rooms and various commercial spaces such as churches, rooftops, cafes, and some of London's best-kept secret locations. Each space was expertly transformed into an intimate concert venue

• Responsible for arranging global tours & concerts within Classical, crossover and family entertainment markets for artists both on UMG and other labels. • Extensive travel for tours & concerts including South Africa, Russia, France, Czech Republic, Germany as tour manager and artist liaison. Responsible for managing all artist’s logistical elements from point of arrival through to concert night including travel, accommodation, cd signings, press, radio and TV interviews, setting budgets, writing contracts, insuring costs, logistical planning, travel, accommodation, local transfers and riders.• Most recent projects included 5 concerts across Asia with world class soprano Anna Netrebko & a 3 week tour travelling to France, Russia, Spain, Austria and Czech Republic with 4 world class singers and 5 local orchestras.• Past & present projects include tours for world renowned classical artists Anna Netrebko, Yundi Li, Pretty Yende, Thomas Hampson & Luca Pisaroni, Joseph Calleja, Nicola Benedetti, Bryn Terfel, Juan Diego Florez, Jonas Kaufmann, Yusif Eyvazof, Ekaterina Gubanova, Ildar Abdrazakov, Alexandrs Antonenko & Natalie Dessay. • Control over project budgets including tax calculations and post project reconciliation of costs. Created and managed large scale budgets for European and Global tours with expenditure of over €500,000 and revenue streams of over €600,000 generated from ticket and merchandise sales. Additional responsibilities comprised establishing breakeven point and regularly reporting overall performance against budget to senior management throughout the tour.• Providing first point of contact for stage and lighting managers and sound technicians at rehearsals and live shows.• Regular dealings with European venues examples of which include Berlin 02 arena, Royal Festival Hall and Royal Albert Hall.• Collating ticket sales and working with Marketing Directors to ensure every available avenue for sales is being utilised.
