I maximised the $80m yearly learning spend for 100k+ people in Europe by facilitating 200+ stakeholders to collaborate in planning and prioritising the curriculum in line with business priorities. Several months into this role, I led the effort to review the current process, identify pain points, come up with ideas for a future, simplified, scalable.
I was responsible for Global Instructor Led Learning delivery for 425k + Accenture employees.
