In addition, created, implemented and managed seasonal company calendar across all departments. Initiated the move from Vietnam to India manufacturing. Placed seasonal buys with suppliers locally and offshore and negotiated on all FOB’s and Ex-Factory dates to ensure in line with the company’s Calendar.
