Natasha W. Campbell is the Senior Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Verizon, where she drives implementation of the company’s DEI strategy and programs. Her role involves working closely with essential partners and talented teams to ensure that the company’s DEI story is consistent and that progress is measurable.Natasha began her professional career at FleetBoston Financial as an Analyst in middle-market lending, before deciding to pursue a law degree at the University of Tennessee College of Law. Her experience there inspired her shift in focus from finance to employment law. With nearly two decades of dedicated service promoting equal employment opportunity, Natasha’s career spans roles as an employment attorney at Baker Donelson, in-house counsel at United Technologies Corporation (now Raytheon Technologies), and a Human Resources executive. Natasha holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Duke University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Tennessee College of Law, where she was an editor of the Tennessee Law Review.
