Natasha Austin has been in the property management industry for more than 26 years. During which time she has worked in many aspects of property management with experience in lease-ups, senior living, affordable housing and renovations. She excels as a leader and has a drive to succeed in everything she does. Natasha has a proven track record of raising income by implementing strategic marketing and resident retention programs partnered with being involved in day-to-day operations of each community. Natasha has supervised properties across Iowa, Nevada, California, Arizona, and Texas. Natasha has received many awards during her professional career. In 2004 Natasha was awarded with an Initiative Award from the Southern Nevada Apartment Association voted on and given by her peers, in 2007 she received Leader of the Year, a corporate award for highest achievement, and most recently was awarded a Renaissance Award for her achievements in Texas. In 2020 Natasha was a finalist for the AAGD Sapphire Award for Executive of the Year. Natasha has started a new and exciting chapter in her career. Natasha Austin is now the Chief Operating Officer for Exponential Property Group and Exponential Property Management. She is responsible for the day to day success of the Texas Portfolio ranging up to 5000 units. In addition to her professional achievements, Natasha is an outstanding and natural problem solver and shows great compassion for her residents and clients.
