In her career, Natasha has assisted clients with corporate law and commercial law matters in many areas of business, including corporate and company law advice, commercial and contract law, tenders, assistance with capitalizations, mergers and acquisitions, corporate financing and M&A transactions, amongst others. She has also assisted with setting up and advising trusts and foundations. As a notable achievement, she has also been involved in reviewing legal documents and advice for the full process of a major tender national project in Malta, which tender eventually led to the contract being awarded to her client. Natasha is highly experienced in the CSP and Trustee business and has had several regulatory appointments in these areas.Natasha has also advised clients in the regulatory sphere and has been responsible for the overseeing of licensing applications of Maltese entities, in various sectors including but not limited to Credit Institutions, Financial Institutions, Collective Investment Schemes, Investment Services, CSP and Trustees and Virtual Financial Assets. She has advised prospective regulatory applicants and Maltese regulated entities. She has also been involved in the drafting of legislation and bye-laws in the capital markets space. She also has an interest in good corporate governance matters. Natasha currently specialises in risk advisory services, including areas related to AML and CFT Legislation, Sanctions Advisory Services, as well as regulatory areas.
