Worked on statewide committee to create a tiered rating system for early childhood centers in the state of Ohio. Trained Early Childhood Teachers. ITERS, ECERS, PAS, and PITC Certified trainer and observer. Assisted early childhood centers in meeting all requirements to get their star rating on the tier system. Wrote policies and procedures for new state initiatives and sat on several boards with the Governor of Ohio to set policies for improving the early childhood system in Ohio.
