I am a Legal Director in the Litigation Department at BDB Pitmans. I have significant experience in public law work, with a particular focus on inquests, public inquires, and investigations. I was part of the legal team as Solicitors to the Inquest for the inquests into the deaths of the victims of the Tunisia shootings, Deputy Solicitor to the Westminster Bridge Inquests, London Bridge and Borough Market Inquests, and Fishmongers’ Hall Inquests. I’ve also acted for core participants and witnesses in the Covid-19 Inquiry and Post Office Horizon IT Inquiry. I also have experience in a wide range of commercial litigation with a particular focus on commercial and civil disputes, art and media related disputes, defamation as well as reputation management. I act for both individuals and companies and have experience of every stage of proceedings including injunctions, pre-action and all stages through to trial.
