Permanent Supportive Housing Program Manager connect people experiencing long-term homelessness with permanent housing and the supportive services they’ll need to maintain it. The Supportive Housing Program Manager will ensure appropriate intensive case management and graduated supportive services are provided to clients. Case management and support services include the direct provision of tailored housing and income stability services through home visits,client advocacy, relationship management with property management networking with other service other service providers and community connections. The Supportive Housing Program Manager helps fosters a client-centered culture guided by the Housing First philosophy.
