I am an experienced financial services professional with over 23 years experience within Operations. I have held multiple roles ranging from Regulatory and KYC to Client Administration and Payment Services. I have strong experience in each of the above roles and a multi faceted skillset due to the variety of positions held. In my current role I am acting as SME but I have led a fast paced team as a Cover Supervisor in a previous role.My achievements include establishing and delivering a ‘best in class’ risk analysis and mitigation process to monitor local and off-shored activities, delivering process efficiencies through continuous improvement and the organisation and management of events to promote Culture and Community within the workplace as co-chair of the Community in Operations Culture stream
