My role is multi-faceted, requiring a hands-on approach to various aspects of the business. My role encompasses: - Being the main contact for Architectural & Interior design projects both internally & externally- Management of the creative team to ensure excellence & efficiency of design works- New business acquisition, contract administration and project on-boarding- Management of ongoing projects & their various stakeholders - Involvement in Business and venture development- Process creation & implementationIn my role, I have not only successfully managed projects and their various stakeholders, but have also introduced several KPI tools, enforced various management processes, spearheaded social media growth, & been integrally involved in the company’s exciting ventures. Notable clients include DFS, LVMH, Accor & Marriott group.

In this role, I was responsible for producing high quality stores, taking them from conception to completion. I ensured that designs were efficient, cost-effective, reflect H&Ms global standard and positioning, and as such have a positive impact on customer experience and sales. My key duties were:- Store Design & development in the APAC Markets including Australia & New Zealand- Optimisation of Layout, Facade design, Signage and Visual merchandising to ensure maximum efficiency and commercial value- Thorough comprehension & application of H&M design programs & global brand guidelines - Liaison with various stakeholders, including Store Developers, Visual Merchandising Teams, Operations teams and the Head office at various stages of the design process to ensure timely & successful store delivery - Pre-opening quality checks and site visits- I worked on a total of 16 H&M stores including those with specialty departments

Working on a diverse range of Architectural and Interior projects from concept to completion. Mainly, I conceptualised & developed designs for luxury villas in Indonesia, private airport lounges for Plaza Premium as well as some travel hotel & retail projects. Key duties included:- Concepts for tenders and client proposals- First stage project design and development - Drafting and technical drawings, which included working drawings and specifications for construction- Detailing and Documentation- 3D visualisation & Animation- Work schedules and material boards

* Luxury Retail DesignI had the privilege of working on the Flagship stores in Shanghai Time Square and IFC Chengdu, as well as the Canton Road store and Time Square renovations in Hong Kong. In this role I:- Worked on retail concepts, design layouts, renders & animation videos. - Worked within a team to design interiors, custom details and fixtures. - Generated sales area for all stores to ensure maximum profitability for the company.
