I have experience working in client facing roles, as well as providing support to client services team leads and client contacts by serving as a subject matter expert and as a technical systems resource. Also, I have experience leading multiple projects which involves conducting application testing on systems and documenting the results, providing database management support, and managing the implementation of installations and upgrades within my current role. I graduated from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree, I recently obtained my MBA in Healthcare Management from Ohio University.I value working towards constant self-improvement as well as helping to improve the company that I work for. I love learning new things and I believe my passion is what drives me to achieve much success.
