Serving food and drink to variety of customers, cash handling and using tills in a busy environment. Preparing and making of the food. Filling out Health & Hygiene checklist book per day, including what temperature each fridge and freezers are at, and the temperature of the cooked food been kept at.

Working in a variety of environments across the UK on a number of events, mainly working on busy bars and restaurant shifts.

Placement, voluntarily worked for part of it. I worked various positions throughout the placement. Waitressing in restaurant, breakfast and dinner shifts. Bar work, setting up bar tab for customers, room service, serving drinks at very busy periods of time during weddings up to 200 guests. Silver service for conferences and weddings.
