I have worked within the Primary Group of companies starting in December 1998 where my initial employment was with Garton Smith & Co. From Feb 2002 to Sept 2003 I moved to London to travel and work. Upon my return to Australia in Sept 2003 I recommenced employment with the Primary Group. I have been in various roles within the Group starting from being an Office Junior to now maintaining the position as Director and Chief Operating Officer. Primary Securities Ltd is an independent licensed responsible entity whose role is to operate retail and wholesale managed investment schemes. Primary is:- entirely independent- holds AFSL No 224107- is licensed as responsible entity for any property, financial asset or forestry registered managed investment scheme, certain named mortgage schemes and any unregistered scheme;- oversees schemes in property, property development, financial assets, derivatives, mortgages and forestry- administers assets in excess of $160m.Primary has been operating as a responsible entity and trustee since 1999 and has considerable experience in operating a wide variety of registered and unregistered managed investment schemes.
