Natasha is on a mission to change the lives of young women who have the desire to stand out rather than fit in. Her desire is based on her personal journey of finding herself after succumbing to the pressures of trying to fit in.Her desire is to continue to provide professional coaching and mentorship to these women so that they can help navigate challenges for young people within the communities. Natashaprovides guidance to young women within the communities to show them how undeniably special they are.Professionally, Natasha had a career spanning over two decades as a commercial banker who has a Masters’s Degree in Business Administration M.B.A, in Business Administration, and diplomas in Banking Operations and General Banking, various credentials in Basic counseling skills, emotional intelligence, fundamentals project management and other certificates. Natasha is the creator of “A Journey of Self-discovery” (™) that helps young women between the ages of 22-37 who are desirous of knowing their identity and do not have an overwhelming desire to fit into the norms of society to transition from feeling lost to living a life that does not require searching for love or validation outside of themselves.
