Responsibilities:• Recruiting staff for the site.• Delivering site inductions and training.• Rostering.• Handling worksite conflicts and injuries.• General operations including sampling trucks, testing and grading grain, formulating receival and outload documents and operating the weighbridge remotely.

Responsibilities:• Plan and conduct exercise classes ranging from low impact yoga to aerobic weights, often adapting to on-the-spot client requirements (for example, modifying to accommodate injury). • Conduct fitness assessments for clients, being methodical and rigorous while being mindful that this is a sensitive process that may be uncomfortable. Upholding a duty of care to maintain client privacy and confidentiality of results. • Motivate clients to achieve their goals, and to feel successful and proud of themselves. • Provide friendly and helpful customer service in a front of house situation.
