Annamara is a bespoke seamstress that specialises in bridal gowns, couture garments, made to measure pieces and general alterations. Whilst working here I have developed the following skills:-Working to tight deadlines whilst ensuring a high quality finish on all garments.-Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills especially when working with bridal gowns and couture garments.-Technical skills including replacing zips, repairing knitted /woven garments, altering the shape, size and length of garments and pattern cutting.

Sylvia Jeffery is a childrenswear supplier who supply to companies such as Next, Monsoon, Dunnes, F&F and Tu. Whilst interning for the year, I developed the following skills:• Creating and designing working drawings on Illustrator.• Creating technical packs for both knitted and woven garments.• Composing professional trend boards on Photoshop to show to clients. • Carrying out trend research and meeting with suppliers.• Creating and designing garment ranges to be shown to clients. • Helping develop and take photos to update the Sylvia Jeffery website.

The Horse with the Red Umbrella is a historical café which was originally the home of a theatre. Working here as a waitress, I developed the following transferrable skills:-Well-honed customer facing skills including clear verbal communication, listening skills, self-control, patience and professionalism.-Flexibility and the ability to work as a member of a team.-Strong organizational and time management skills.

Vin and Omi are award winning fashion and multi media designers who work internationally and are one of the leading eco fashion brands today.Assisted in creating the catwalk for their collection during London Fashion week, painting the backdrop and styling the catwalk. I also assisted with styling and dressing the models.

The Gallery on the Square is a café and gallery which exhibits local artists. Working here as a waitress, I developed the following transferrable skills:-Well-honed customer facing skills including clear verbal communication, listening skills, self-control, patience and professionalism.-Flexibility and the ability to work as a member of a team.-Strong organizational and time management skills to balance job requirements and school studies.
