I have worked across IT for over 10 years, originating in project and programme roles then moving to IT Operations, IT Business Relationship Management and latterly as an IT Service Consultant, supporting the development and implementation of a transformation program to establish a new IT organisation. I have enjoyed all aspects of my career and embarked on my ITIL journey, attaining ITILv3 Expert in November 2017. I consider myself to be a flexible leader, straight talking, honest and open, with an adaptable approach to suit the situation. I quickly build strong and lasting relationships with business stakeholders, outsource partners and peers alike, by being fair and open and building trust through these behaviours and by ensuring the business outcomes and the people, remain paramount in my thinking and actions. I have a mature and resilient approach to problem solving, bringing energy for new ways of thinking and approaches to tackling problems. I am passionate about what I do and committed to delivering the best I can for the business and in supporting and developing the people I work with.
