In my role of HR Coordinator with Culligan, I had the responsibilities of full cycle recruitment, planning and implementing company-wide training programs to effectively increase employee engagement, managing attendance and documenting corrective actions, analyzing data for HR turnover metrics, creating and updating company policies, accurately entering employees and updating files in our Human Resources Information Systems and completing various administrative tasks.
