Business Change Analyst
CurrentAnalysis, coordination, management and planning of data to produce meaningful 'people information' which informs the business readiness and adoption decision making across multiple projects. Presenting information to the business at all levels and works with leaders to understand impact and plan interventions and action.Responsible for the change materials for all projects & managing all change impacts to ensure timings and accountabilities of actions are well defined and progress. Ensuring risks and clearly identifiable and tracked. Responsible for providing regular accurate Change Management Information and KPI's to show progress against plans and agreed targets. Taking requirements from the business, analysing them and translating them into CM data & reporting solutions that are aligned with the Change Strategies and roadmaps.
