Natasha heads up QMS Audits. QMS Audits is one of Australia's leading food safety and QA consulting, training and HACCP auditing companies. As an RTO, QMS Audits also offers HACCP Training, Freshcare, SQF training and Internal Auditor Training. As well as HACCP Audit Certification for small to medium businesses. QMS Audits has developed strong quality management sysems for SQF, BRC and ISO 9001 and HACCP. in 2017, they achieved an SQF score of minimum 97 or above for all of their SQF clients. Natasha has an MBA and has completed executive learning at Harvard University.

Responsible for developing Continuous Improvement programs for businesses from ASX listed to small, private family owned enterprises. Using government funding, able to develop cost neutral programs that offer significant cultural change and cost savings of 3-8%.

As the State Manager, Natasha was responsible for all functions of plant, from Production and Maintenance to HR, Safety, Procurement and the Environment. Apart from working to improve quality and production through this time, Natasha worked to develop each and every employee.

Natasha was responsible for producing 530 tonnes of glass each and every day in a 24 hour /7 day a week operation. Her role included managing, maintaining and operating two furnaces and a batch house, worth in excess of $130m. Natasha and her team were responsible for all facets of producing molten glass which is formed into container bottles. This includes everything from scheduling raw materials and maintenance to organising trials to reduce costs and improve quality. Natasha's team drove continual improvement in glass quality and consistency and reduction in both costs and energy. This was demonstrated by running trials and carrying out Lean Six Sigma projects from delivering Greenbelt projects to sponsoring Blackbelt projects. Natasha is personally committed to the development of each and every member of her team, whether it be through on-the job experience, coaching or technical training. Having been with O-I for more than 13 years, throughout that period Natasha has held a variety of positions originally starting out as a Student in the Analytical Laboratory in Melbourne. She moved to Brisbane to take up the Account Management position described below approximately 10 years ago.Natasha has cemented her Bachelor of Applied Science (Chem and Biochem) by completing an MBA, majoring in Production Management and Enterpreneurship.

Natasha managed 9 FMCG customers and 40+ contacts. Natasha worked with customers and the plant to ensure that all ware and packaging was delivered to specification, in full and on time. Natasha negotiated solutions that would be best for both parties. She also negotiated claims. Natasha worked with each of her customers to improve their quality through line audits and inspections.
