Joining the full-time year-round world again. However, this time, doing something I am excited about, passionate about, and have a lot of knowledge and experience to share! I'll get to be a goof ball in front of every single employee, getting them stoked out for the season, meet countless new people from around the world, be a mentor, make everyone feel welcomed and not alone, and answer any and all questions. Moreover, I will get to learn and train others on leadership and team development skills! I am confident I will be the most creative and highest impact TD specialist at Vail.

During the summer season, Natasha gives customers an experience of a lifetime, during a multi-hour, 7 zipline, 2 sky bridge, tour, overlooking the magnificent Lake Tahoe, at about 9,000 feet at Heavenly Mountain Resort. Participants glide from tree to tree, soaking in the views of well known landmarks like Castle Rock, listening to the calls of critters like the Mountain Chickadee, and feeling the gentle sun and crisp breeze on their skin. Natasha provides a perfect balance of fun laughter and interpretive information, all while gaining the trust of her group. She excels due to her diverse background, her love of getting to know new people, and a passion for inducing as much stoke as possible in life, even if only during one's vacation to Tahoe.During the winter season, you will find Natasha dancing out in the lift lines of Kirkwood Mountain Resort, with a scanner in hand (sometimes two). She is known for her smile, the way she sings out your name, and her resilience in (and enjoyment of) rough high elevation weather conditions.

Natasha was a Global Business Analyst for SMB Advertiser Acquisitions at Google, focused on Sales Analytics and Solutions. Her specific area of expertise was in Customer Satisfaction.She was the recognized thought leader for SMB Acquisitions Customer Satisfaction. Others learned from her regarding the questions to ask customers and the back-end coding needed to gather the feedback and turn it into actionable insights. She refreshed, developed and analyzed results from multiple data sources. She worked closely with managers on qualitative problems that affect CSAT, taking best practices from one region and implementing it globally. Cross-functional collaboration and constant innovation was the key to success.Natasha was also extremely active in Google's philanthropy community, as a GooglersGive Abassador. She lead 90+ volunteers on a local project during GoogleServe (gobal week of service). She also organized smaller team volunteer events and educated colleagues on the various programs Google has to support giving time and money to those in need.

The Venture Acceleration Initiative was an organization designed to support faculty and other campus entrepreneurs pursuing new ventures based on technology breakthroughs at UCSB. While at VAI, I designed the website, managed various networking systems, and led operations of internal and external events. VAI has expanded to VAI Global, still led by Don Oparah.
