I developed a structured process, identified required resource, created role profiles, independently recruited and developed a team of Recruitment Administrators and co-ordinated inductions and systems training. I developed MI reports to demonstrate vital figures to the senior management board and provided recommendations surrounding the redeployment of recruitment activities. The purpose of this role was to prevent any loss to service during this business critical period of change, and subsequently improved working relationships between the HR and Recruitment teams.
