Over 18 years experience working with specialized teams who support individuals with disabilities through Change Management and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Accessibility principles. My areas of interest lie within implicit bias in policy making and the gap between public health policies and implementation at the community level. I'm an advocate for policy change and resource development for end of life care and planning for individuals with disabilities to address barriers that prevent death with dignity. Inspired by female leaders and pioneers Josephine Baker, Virginia Hall (DSC, MBE, Croix de Guerre), Judith Heumann, Janet Sobel, Ruth Bader Ginsburg and Malala Yousafzai.In my spare time, I'm an avid painter and writer.
