Natasha is an Director within the Health Advisory Team in Corporate Finance. She has over 10 years experience in Government industry development including health, creative industries, emerging industries and SME development. Natasha has worked on a variety of evaluations for project proposals such as review of state based reform, evaluation of multiple objectives using qualitative and quantitative analysis, process, impact and outcome evaluation.Natasha has developed Investment Plans for large scale ICT health investment, involving detailed benefits realisation schedules.Natasha has conducted cost-benefit analysis for a number of Health program proposals to assess and measure resource requirements. Natasha has been involved in the development of Demand and Supply models for Health workforce.

This role involves managing a variety of projects aimed at informing the Workforce Planning Policy for Queensland Health. These projects include analysis in regard to Demand and Supply of Health workforce, Quality benchmarking of patients outcomes, cost drivers analysis for Queensland Health in context of the workforce.Role includes:Providing timely accurate advice in regard to issues pertaining to the health workforce in QueenslandUsing economic analysis and methods to provide insight into the effectiveness of policy implemented by Queensland HealthSupport and nurture the skills and development of staff in the areaProvide advice in regard to statistical and economic methodology used in project development and modelling tools
