Project manager delivering updates to superannuation products to comply with Stronger Super legislation. Lead business implementation activities for BT’s MySuper offering across 5 corporate superannuation products by November 2013; followed by further 1 January 2014 compliance obligations.Project managed the implementation of Prudential Standard SPS 114 (Operational Risk Financial Requirement) for BT Superannuation products.Worked closely with product owners, business analysts, IT teams, test leads, change managers, marketing, process managers and business SMEs to monitor progress of lower level activity to achieve compliance.

Seconded by RNC Global to work as a Test Manager on the General Ledger and Accounts Payable replacement project during May to Sep 2011. Returned in November 2011 to support testing for the launch of their new Superannuation product, Living Super. Responsible for coordinating all functional system, non-functional and acceptance testing.May to Sep 2011 - Prepared test plans, test cases in consultation with business subject matter experts and test completion reports. Monitored defect documentation, ensuring defects resolved and retested. Accountable for business requirement traceability throughout testing documentation. Prepared regular testing dashboard to share testing progress to plan and defect resolution.Nov 2011 to Nov 2012 - coordinated testing activities internally as well as that of multiple business partners. Responsible for working with business analysts, project managers, ING development team and third parties to ensure all change requests and defects were prioritized and developed then delivered for testing.

Project managed multiple clinical trials, monitoring protocol development, data collection tool build, live phase recruitment through to analysis and publications. Supported both observational studies and clinical trials across neuroscience, men's health and oncology therapeutic areas.Additional responsibilities for departmental metrics, time sheet tools and record retention/archiving processes. Supported data archival and system retirement of a locally developed data collection tool. Continued support of process improvement initiatives and local CSR.

Initially completed 12 months data entry before moving to a position supervising day to day activities of the data entry team. Involved in recruitment, training and monitoring metrics. Supervised a team up to 17 in size running a day and evening shift. Spent 5 years in the supervisor role, throughout this period also coordinated 2 large observational studies.Oct 2005 to Feb 2007 responsible for documentation management (Standard Operating Procedure updates and associated training materials). 2003 to 2010 acted as the business representative for a locally built, web-based data collection tool, reporting all issues and ensuring new functionality was passed through user acceptance testing. Responsible for reporting departmental timesheet data and continually participated in process improvement initiatives both locally and globally.
