With a diverse background spanning roles in hospitality, social care, and higher education, I have developed a versatile skill set that enables me to manage complex projects, foster inclusive environments, and create tangible impact in the communities I serve.Currently, as the Co-Manager and Foodshare Manager at Rainbow Junktion, I lead the coordination of our food logistics and volunteer teams, ensuring that we provide vital resources to those in need while promoting a culture of solidarity and sustainability. My role allows me to work on the frontline of food justice, bringing together people from all walks of life to create a welcoming and supportive space.Previously, I worked as an Equality and Inclusion Project Officer at the University of Leeds, where I spearheaded projects aimed at removing systemic barriers impacting marginalized groups. My work in EDI (Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion) included developing university-wide training and e-learning modules, as well as collaborating with stakeholders to foster institutional culture change. In addition to my project management expertise, I am also the founder and creative producer of GBOSA Collective, where I organize inclusive events supporting PoC DJs and creatives, and manage a team to foster professional growth within the music industry.I am deeply committed to community empowerment and continuously seek opportunities to drive social change through my work.
