During my internship, my writing also appeared in the Liahona magazine, which was translated into 21 languages worldwide. As one of the original team members working on The Lisa Show at its launch in 2018, I assisted the show's hosts in producing content by finding and researching stories, inviting and communicating with expert guests, and writing interview introductions and questions. I generated and thoroughly researched creative segment ideas relating to areas including health, humanitarianism, entertainment, parenting, and families, resulting in smooth delivery of content to thousands of national listeners

At the Harold B. Lee Library, I clearly and professionally communicated with publishers to resolve issues promptly. I discovered solutions to problems with non-functioning online journal platforms by assimilating information about each situation’s circumstances, decreasing students’ wait time to access essential research sources, and I also checked in print periodicals quickly and attentively, allowing the office to function efficiently by staying ahead of schedule.
